Content uploaded or distributed through the platform's communication features (where available) must not contain hate speech, illegal content, misleading information, or material that infringes the rights of others. newbet4d reserves the right to remove such content and take further action against the relevant account.
- It is strictly prohibited to use more than one account to take advantage of promotions or bonuses.
- It is prohibited to sell, transfer, or trade accounts to third parties.
- It is prohibited to initiate chargebacks or unauthorized transaction cancellations through a bank or digital wallet provider.
4. Payment Information, Transactions, and Bonuses
All transactions on the newbet4d platform use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI) as well as digital wallets widely used in Indonesia such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Users must ensure that the funds used for deposits come from a legitimate source and are held in the name of the registered account. Deposits made using unauthorized third-party accounts without proper verification may be declined and returned, and the account may be frozen pending further investigation.

Misuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure. newbet4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed in a manner that does not comply with the terms, without any form of compensation.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
newbet4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account if evidence or strong indication is found of a violation of these & Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. This action may be taken without prior notice in urgent cases involving platform security.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may file an appeal through the official customer support channel by providing a relevant explanation and supporting evidence. The review process will be conducted internally, and newbet4d's decision is final. Balances held in frozen accounts will be withheld for the duration of the investigation.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed once all account obligations (including the settlement of pending transactions) have been fulfilled. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after identity verification has been successfully completed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability
All content on the newbet4d platform — including interface design, logos, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the intellectual property of newbet4d or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from newbet4d.
newbet4d is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, connection delays, or issues originating from third parties such as internet service providers or banking services.
